How The Online Notarization Process Works

Each Signer will receive an invite via email from the online notary to the online platform which will initiate the ID verification process.

Each Signer will confirm their identity through a multi-step verification process and they will upload their government-issued photo ID to the secure online platform.
Step 3 Meet with E-Notary

Once each Signer has passed ID verification, the Signers and the online notary will be connected online where the closing documents will be e-signed and e-notarized.
Step 4 Your Done!

In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN)
You may be required to have a document notarized electronically. This service is an in-person transaction, however the necessary document is notarized through an electronic device, such as a laptop, or a tablet and affixed with an electronic notary seal.
